Installation Process

Can anyone sign up to use Kitkit School for free?

Yes. Anyone can sign up for an account to download Kitkit School software until 2021. Please refer to the instructions provided in the Sign Up page.

How do I sign up to get access to Kitkit School?

Go to our Sign Up page and fill out the form to create an account. Wait for us to activate your account and send you a confirmation email. This may take up to 5 business days to activate your account.

What do I do after receiving the confirmation email?

You can now access the admin page to download Kitkit School software. Follow the detailed instructions provided in the confirmation email.

What is the admin page?

This is where you can download Kitkit School software from. After we process your account activation, our team will send you an email with your account information and instructions on how to access the admin page. You will also be able to access video tutorials and installation manuals from here.

How do I install the software?

Download the software from the admin page and refer to the video tutorials and installation manuals also in the admin page. Make sure you have (1) a PC download the install package and (2) a tablet that meets our minimum specification requirements.

What do I need to install the software?

You need to prepare (1) a PC to download the install package and (2) a tablet device with minimum device specifications.

Please check the minimum device specifications below:
  • Minimum OS version: Android 6.0
  • Storage: 16GB with 6GB available space
  • RAM: 2.0GB (minimum 1.7GB)
  • You check your device spec in the Settings app, under About Tablet and Storage menu

Kitkit School cannot be installed on devices that do not meet the requirements of the specification.

What are the minimum specification requirements for the tablet to install Kitkit School?
Please make sure if your tablet device meets the minimum device specifications outlined below:
  • Minimum OS version: Android 6.0
  • Storage: 16GB with 6GB available space
  • RAM: 2.0GB (minimum 1.7GB)

Kitkit School does not work on mobile phones.

Using Kitkit School

What is the license?

The license is to activate all contents and functions after you install the Kitkit School to your device. The license is required per device and has an expiration date, set to December 31, 2021. Enter the number of licenses you need when signing up. You may leave comments if you wish to discuss further on the expiration date.

How many users can be added to one tablet?

You can add up to 100 users per tablet with Kitkit School installed.

What is the admin page?

After you sign up for an account, our team will send you an email that your account is now activated. With the email, you will be able to access the admin page to sign in and download Kitkit School. You will also be able to access resources for installation instructions. Our team is also preparing an update on the functionality to view usage data from this admin page.

How is the learning curriculum structured?

Kitkit School was designed to build basic literacy and numeracy skills for early grade learners from pre-primary to primary students in second to third grades. For more information, please visit our Product page.

Troubleshooting

I lost my ID and Password and I cannot access the admin page.

Please send your account information (your name, email address, and organization) to and we will respond to you with the ID and Password.

Kitkit School does not work on my tablet device

After you sign up, you will have access to the admin page. You can find the Support menu with troubleshooting steps on the admin page.

Please make sure that your device meets below minimum device specification requirements:

  • Storage: 16GB with 6GB available space
  • RAM: 2.0GB (minimum 1.7GB)
Can I reinstall the Kitkit School or install it on another device?
